Advanced CWDM, DWDM, and Legacy OTDR Testing
The RXT-4113+ is the latest generation xWDM OTDR module, designed to support modern optical network testing and characterisation. It offers flexible configuration options, including CWDM, DWDM, CWDM+DWDM, and DWDM+Legacy combinations, making it suitable for xWDM, grey optics, and single-stage PON network environments.
Featuring precise wavelength tuning, 3 cm resolution, and up to 500,000 sampling points, the module delivers detailed and accurate fibre network analysis for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting applications.

Optical Performance
- CWDM wavelengths compliant with ITU-T G.694.2 across 8, 10, or 18 channels.
- DWDM wavelengths based on ITU-T G.694.1 (C-band, 1529.16 to 1563.86 nm, channels 17–60) with 50, 100, or 200 GHz spacing.
- Optional extended channel coverage from channels 14 to 62.
- TEC-stabilised laser technology for consistent performance across varying temperatures.
- Integrated DWDM wavelength locking with ±2.5 GHz stability.
- Legacy wavelengths available at 1310 nm, 1550 nm, and 1625 nm.
- High-resolution sampling with up to 500,000 points.
- Typical event dead zone below 0.85 m and attenuation dead zone below 3.5 m.
- High dynamic range for long-haul fibre testing and xWDM Mux/Demux applications.
- Supports Telcordia GR-196 and SR-4731 .sor file formats.
- Optional V-Scout Smart Link Mapping for simplified network visualisation using multiple test acquisitions.
